How it works
We keep it simple: you tell us the case, we do the matching and quoting, you travel once.
1. Tell us what you need
A short description of the problem, your travel window, and any photos or X-rays you already have. If you have a treatment plan or quote from home, send that too — it usually saves a round of questions.
You: Send: photos, X-rays (if any), travel dates, country, and what you want fixed.
Us: We acknowledge within 24 hours and tell you what else we need.
2. Get a plan and a quote
We match your case to a clinic that actually does this work often, and come back with a written, itemised package price — fixture, abutment, crown, extras. Not a one-line number.
You: Review the plan and the price; ask anything.
Us: Match the clinic, translate, and return an itemised quote.
3. Book the trip
The clinic gives you appointment dates that fit your stay. You book flights and a hotel. We confirm the schedule with the clinic in writing so nobody is surprised on the day.
You: Book flights and accommodation; confirm your dates.
Us: Confirm the appointment and send a one-page itinerary plus what to bring.
4. Treat, then follow up
On the day, the clinic examines you and confirms the plan. Treatment happens over one or more visits depending on the case. Before you fly home you get a written summary and copies of your imaging.
You: Attend; ask for the written summary and imaging.
Us: Stay reachable during your stay; arrange remote follow-up afterwards.
Timeline for a typical trip
| When | What happens |
|---|---|
| 4–8 weeks before | Inquiry, photo/X-ray review, clinic match, package quote. |
| 2–4 weeks before | Book appointment and travel; visa check if required. |
| Trip day 1 | Consultation and imaging at the clinic; final plan confirmed. |
| Trip day 2–5 | Treatment. Many cases (crowns, implants' first stage, whitening) fit one trip. |
| After you fly home | Remote follow-up; second-stage visits scheduled if needed. |
One trip or two?
This is the question most people get wrong, and it decides your flight budget.
- One trip is usually enough for: cleaning and whitening, fillings, a single crown or a few crowns, root canal, veneers, extractions, and immediate-load implants in suitable cases.
- Two trips are normal for: standard two-stage implants, where the bone needs three to six months to fuse with the fixture before the final crown goes on.
- Ongoing, with remote check-ups: orthodontics. Start in Guangzhou, then routine adjustments locally or by video, finishing on a second visit.
Never accept a promise that a two-stage implant can be finished in one week. If a clinic offers that, ask what exactly is being loaded and what happens to the healing period.
What we need from you
- A short description of the problem and any photos or X-rays you already have.
- Your travel window and how many days you can stay in Guangzhou.
- Any medical conditions, allergies or medications the clinic should know about.
- Any quote or treatment plan you have from home — it makes the price comparison honest.
What you get back
- A clinic match with a short explanation of why that clinic fits your case.
- An itemised package price — not a single number — including what is excluded.
- A realistic time plan: how many visits, over how many days, and what healing is involved.
- A one-page itinerary before you travel, and a written summary plus your imaging before you fly home.
What can go wrong, and what we do about it
- You need more work than expected. The clinic must give you a revised written quote before continuing. You are allowed to pause and think.
- A fitting needs adjusting. Leave a buffer day or two at the end of the trip rather than flying home the day after treatment.
- Something feels wrong after you land. Contact us and the clinic immediately. Photographs usually settle whether it is normal healing or needs attention.
- You want to stop. We work on referral only. You can walk away at any point, and you pay nothing to us.
