Our partner clinics

We work with a small number of clinics — currently one to two — that we know personally. Depth over breadth: we would rather vet two properly than list twenty and hope.

We do not publish a clinic's details until we have visited it, checked its paperwork, and received written permission to list it. Anything you read here is something we have verified ourselves.

How we vet a clinic

  1. Licence to practise and valid radiology/equipment permits verified in person and checked against the official register.
  2. Lead doctors' qualifications, practising certificates and case volume for your specific treatment reviewed.
  3. Hygiene and sterilisation observed on a site visit — including how instruments are tracked.
  4. Ability to communicate in English, or a written commitment to work through an interpreter we provide.
  5. Willingness to publish transparent package prices and honour the quoted price in writing.
  6. Material and implant brands named on the quote, with batch numbers available on request.
  7. A written aftercare and warranty position before you agree to anything.

What we ask to see

DocumentWhy it matters
Medical institution practice licenceConfirms the clinic is legally allowed to practise and which treatments it is licensed for.
Dentists' practising certificatesConfirms the person treating you is licensed and in what scope.
Radiology/equipment permitsImaging equipment has to be registered and maintained.
Implant and material batch recordsTies the product in your mouth to a manufacturer and a lot number.
Written price list and warranty termsTurns a conversation into something you can hold them to.

Questions worth asking yourself on the visit

  • Did the doctor examine you before quoting, or quote before looking?
  • Was the plan written down, with the brand names of the materials?
  • Was anything excluded from the price that you reasonably assumed was included?
  • Did anyone pressure you to pay a deposit on the first visit?
  • Will you be given your own X-rays and records at the end?

If the answer to any of those worries you, say so before treatment starts. A good clinic answers calmly; a bad one gets defensive.

Are you a clinic? Here is exactly how we work with partner clinics.

What we are not

We are an information and referral service, not a medical provider. Diagnosis and treatment are delivered by our partner clinics.
